For account, billing, document access, or refund queries, email support@bracton.org from the email address associated with your account. We respond within one working day Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

When emailing about a specific document, include the document name and date of purchase so we can locate your account quickly.

For pre-purchase questions about whether a specific document is right for your situation, email support@bracton.org. We can confirm what's covered, what jurisdiction the document applies to, and which questions the form will ask — but we cannot give legal advice on your specific circumstances. I need legal advice on my situation

Bracton provides document templates and legal information — we are not a regulated law firm and do not give legal advice. If your situation is contested, complex, or if the legal outcome significantly affects you (a possession dispute, a contested employment termination, an estate with significant assets), you should speak to a solicitor.
